Off the floor, wheels, brakes, electric motor and batteries' basket out!

Once the batteries and canopy are out, the weight is considerably less and the chassis can easily be raised by single person. Good moment to get a help from my 5 year old son to slide some wood logs under the chassis while I was lifting it
the white sponge pad prevents the car from sliding off and protects from scratches.
With this done I remove the rear wheels and make so photos of both brakes (left on top, right at the bottom)
they are super dirty!!

Then some reference photos of the electric motor bay

and some other on the view suspension and axel assembly
despite the dirty accumulate over the years, there are some serious evidences of deep corrosion :[ something I didn't look at all when I purchased the car...

(moving on) Since the brake's mounting block is connected to the shock absorbers, I first remove them

then continue with the rear brakes disassemble...

Having this done allows to get the electric motor out "the lazy way", or technically with the transmission and rear axel attached
This leaves one the batteries' basket and the suspension leaves attached to the car's chassis
a dozen more completely corroded bolts and it finally got out
Goal achieved!!
Time to make a break, as the clock just ticked 3AM!!
